Terms and Conditions

1. Subject

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between ARKADI-P EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and the customers of the online store scentifyperfumes.com, hereinafter referred to as "Users".

3. Orders and Prices

All prices on the website are final, stated in euro (€) with VAT included. Delivery costs are paid additionally by the User. Payment is made upon delivery via Postal Money Order (Cash on Delivery) or online when ordering with a debit or credit card. 

The online store delivers to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria through Econt courier company, in accordance with the published delivery policy.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Return:

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt.

According to Art. 57, item 5 of the CPA, the right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, including for sealed goods which, for reasons related to hygiene and health protection, are not suitable for return after unsealing. The goods must be returned in their original commercial condition, unopened and unused. The costs of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer. In case of incorrectly sent or defective product, the costs are borne by the trader according to applicable law.

5. Disputes

The supervisory body in Bulgaria is the Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP).
