Terms and Conditions

1. Subject

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between ARKADI-P Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and the customers of the online store scentifyperfumes.com, hereinafter referred to as "Users."

3. Orders and Prices

All prices on the site are final, stated in euros (€) including VAT. Shipping costs are paid additionally by the User. Payment is made upon delivery via Postal Money Order (Cash on Delivery) or online when ordering with a debit card. 

The online store delivers both within the Republic of Bulgaria and to other countries in Europe and worldwide at individually agreed tariffs.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Return:

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt.

According to Art. 57, para. 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned if their packaging (cellophane or protective sticker) has been opened after delivery, for reasons related to hygiene and health protection. The goods must be returned in their original commercial condition, unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

5. Disputes

The supervisory authority in Bulgaria is the Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP).
