These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ARKADI-P EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and the customers of the online store scentifyperfumes.com, hereinafter referred to as "Users."

3. Orders and Prices
All prices on the website are final, stated in euros (€), and include VAT. Delivery costs are paid separately by the User. Payment is made upon delivery via postal money transfer (Cash on Delivery) or online at the time of ordering using a debit card.
The online store delivers within the Republic of Bulgaria as well as to other countries in Europe and worldwide, based on individually agreed rates.
4. Right of withdrawal and return:
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt.
Pursuant to Art. 57, Para. 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned if their packaging (cellophane or protective seal) has been opened after delivery, due to hygiene and health protection considerations. The goods must be returned in their original commercial condition, unopened and unused. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
5. Disputes
The supervisory authority in Bulgaria is the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC).
